March 16, Update
Dear Valued Customers:
We are temporarily suspending operations at all of our service locations in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, effective at close-of-business today through March 31st. At the end of the month, we will re-evaluate and determine when to reopen our service locations in each market.
We are available to take future bookings and can assist with any of your questions via Livechat, SMS, and email. In addition, starting Wednesday, March 18, we will introduce a new value-priced party package that will provide a $100 instant promo for any event booked now for a future date between May 4, 2020 and December 31, 2020, and paid-in-full.
Any booked birthday party or group event may be rescheduled. To reschedule an event, please contact your Battle Zone team via your confirmation email.
I also want to take a moment to recognize and thank our Referees and Management who have been working tirelessly, putting our customers first and reinforcing our commitment to clean and safe equipment. This is the right move for our customers, employees and our state during this difficult time.
