Cancellation Policy

Inclement Weather and Cancellations : All deposits are non-refundable. If the event is canceled due to inclement weather, (as agreed on by both you and a member of BZ) we can reschedule event for the closest convenient time with no additional deposit required. If the event is canceled after arena has been set up, remaining event fee will be waived. If the event is canceled 30 minutes or more after start time, full event fee is required, and we will provide a 25% discount for future events.
